She's sitting outside a cafe, her bare hands wrapped around a cup of coffee to keep them warm. It's cold outside, snowing actually, and few enough people have chosen to stay outside that she practically has the tables out here to herself, but Irene is enjoying the snow. She's been south recently, and the cold is a welcome change.

She isn't expecting anyone, but she doesn't have many plans for the day. Company wouldn't be an unpleasant addition to her peaceful outing. Unless they bring trouble, but then, Irene is always ready for trouble. Just in case.

The words catch her ear before the girl catches her eye. She turns towards the noise, and her expression melts into a frown as she takes in the girl's clothing, her expression.

She gets to her feet and moves towards her, calling out when she's close enough to be heard without shouting. "Are you all right?"

She blinks, tilting her head in a bird=ike fashion, studying the woman before slowly shaking her head. "I'm lost," she informs. It....It's not New York. It's not the US. London, I think but I could be wrong I might remember it wrong. I remember so much wrong. I get things mixed up and confused. It's not home and it's not Wonderland and it's not anywhere I've been to in a long time."

She grins. "It's cold though! I like the cold."
